Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Timeframe:
You must initiate your return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.Condition of Product:
Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice must be intact.
3.Non-Eligible Products:
Items purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4.Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a free return or exchange, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery along
with photos for verification.
5.Exchange Policy
Need a different size, color, or product?
Exchanges are FREE for eligible products.
Size exchanges are subject to availability.
If the replacement product is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.
In case of defective or incorrect shipments, we will arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost.
💳 Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, here’s how it works:
1.Prepaid Orders:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
2.Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds for COD orders are processed through UPI or direct bank transfer. Our team will collect your payment details securely via email/WhatsApp.
3.Processing Time:
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Order ID
Reason for return/exchange
Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
2.Our customer service team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup if eligible.
3.Once we receive your return and complete the quality check, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.
❗ Important Notes:
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery are not eligible.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
